Creating a Spot Listing

Step 1 – Select Listing Type

Start off by clicking the “Add Listing” button in the top-right of the website header (alternatively Click Here). Go ahead and select “Spot Listing” from the available options

Step 2 – Select Package

Spot Listings are FREE so there is only 1 available package to select from.

Step 3 – Add Listing

This screen is where you create your listing. If you are not logged-in you will be prompted to do so. If you do not have an account yet this screen will also give you the opportunity to register (registering an account is free).

Add the necessary details relevant to your business. Please make sure you have selected the correct Category and Region. Enter the email address which should receive the contact form queries. 

Click “Preview” when you are done

Step 4 – Preview and Submit

The Preview screen will now appear. This gives you the opportunity to check a live preview of what your listing will look like. You are presented 2 options: Edit Listing, which allows you to go back and make changes; and Submit Listing which will send the listing to website admin for approval.

Step 5 – Checkout

To finalise the process you have to complete the checkout process. You will see the amount at checkout is 0.00 so the payment gateway is not activated. Fill out your details and agree to our Terms. Hit the sign-up button

Step 6 – Checkout Confirmation

A confirmation screen will appear thanking you for your order. Once web admin has reviewed your listing it will be approved or updated within 2 workdays. Your listing will remain as “pending approval” status in this time. 

Creating a Premium Listing

Step 1 – Select Listing Type

Start off by clicking the “Add Listing” button in the top-right of the website header (alternatively Click Here). Go ahead and select “Business” or “Farm” from the available options, depending on which you require.

Step 2 – Select Package

Premium Listings are available in 2 different options: Monthly Subscription (recurring payment every 30days) and Annual Subscription (recurring payment every 365days). Select the option you prefer

Step 3 – Add Listing

This screen is where you create your listing. If you are not logged-in you will be prompted to do so. If you do not have an account yet this screen will also give you the opportunity to register (registering an account is free).

Add the necessary details relevant to your business. Please make sure you have selected the correct Categories and Regions. Enter the email address which should receive the contact form queries. *Please note image restrictions. 

Click “Preview” when you are done

Step 4 – Preview and Submit

The Preview screen will now appear. This gives you the opportunity to check a live preview of what your listing will look like. 

Premium Listings contain a large variety of info to help boost you business so take your time to make sure everything is correct.

At the bottom of the screen you are presented 2 options: Edit Listing, which allows you to go back and make changes; and Submit Listing which will send the listing to website admin for approval.

Step 5 – Checkout

To finalise the process you have to complete the checkout process. The amount associated with the package you selected will reflect here as well as the billing cycle. Fill out your details and agree to our Terms. Hit the sign-up button

Step 5b – Payment Gateway

The relevant Payment Gateway screen will appear allowing you to securely complete your payment. Once you have completed the easy steps you will be redirected to the checkout confirmation page.

Step 6 – Checkout Confirmation

A confirmation screen will appear thanking you for your order. Once web admin has reviewed your listing it will be approved or updated within 2 workdays. Your listing will remain as “pending approval” status in this time.
